iGo dosnt work after I installed Manila 2D

Before I had Manila 2D iGO8 worked perfectly but for some reason after I did the HR and installed Manila 2d it simply dosnt load. I don't get any error message at all simply when I try to load it does nothing.

ROM: DXHJ1 + Manila 2D

Try another HR and re-install Igo. I had the same problem with destinator

Well now I did again a HR and installed iGO before Manilla 2D and it worked yet after I installled Manila 2D iGo8 no longer works :rolleyes:

The only way I can get it to work is to go to Settings > Today > Items and uncheck TouchFlo. Restart the phone and it should work. Not ideal I know but it does work

Yeah, I unchecked the TouchFlo and after I restart the phone it works, definitely a pain in the ass...

I've seen alot of people saying they have managed to get igo and manila 2d to work though, how come we're screwed? :/

I had same problem and removed M2D.

Its down to system resources. iGO has always had problmes with versions of HTC Home or Touchflo on some devices. It may also depend on other installed system apps like keyboards, shells etc.

iGO works a bit like some games in that it grabs all available resources, and has quite high requirements, so even a few kb too little and it simply wont load.

I even reset my phone to defaults. Using an unbranded ROM. Installed M2D and still IGO didn't work.

Yes- I had the same thing with my HTC X7500 and the WM6.1 version of HTC Home.

Well I just installed m2d and Igo still works for me. I have ver 8.3 so not sure if that affects it?

im using m2d rom v10 by pdaviet and Im using igo8 8.0.xx and route66 w/o any problem.
