Opera issue

as we al know this phone cames with opera pre installed as part of the rom. my issue was i wanted the new vewrsion so i downloaded from opera site. and installed cab now not only did it say it was the same version it had a different skin and was installed aswell as the rom installed one my question is when opera release the next version how do we get it

They newer vesion of Opera is supposed to come out in future rom updates.
