Internet Explorer has no cursor and a thick title bar, anyway to fix it?

Hi my Blackjack II's Internet Explorer has no cursor, a thick title bar on top, and a thick menu bar at the bottom? Anyway to make the cursor appear and hide the title/menu bar, or is it the way it is? Enlightenment appreciated.
