Guest f0zz1l Posted December 19, 2008 Report Posted December 19, 2008 Hello, all i Just got My Omnia Yesterday, and have been reading these Boards for a good 2 weeks or so in anticipation. I would first like to Thank all of you here for such great info and advise, and i will try my best to contribute to this wonderful forum! And on to the news.... According to ADVERT LINK REMOVED.com The new Widgets beta is already out for GSM versions of the omnia. I am psyched! Hopefully when it is finally available VZW will "allow" us i910 users to get these wonderful features. Also, IMO, I dont see why everyone is complaining about the screen size for the widgets. I think the ability to drag and drop the widgets with ease more than makes up for the screen/widget size. -Fozboz
Guest Frankish Posted December 19, 2008 Report Posted December 19, 2008 Sounds good. Does that mean i could test it out now on my i900 as i'm sure there's a link

Guest bobobird Posted December 19, 2008 Report Posted December 19, 2008 The ADVERT LINK REMOVED link is actually stolen from here
Guest ivanxxx Posted December 19, 2008 Report Posted December 19, 2008 I think a user friendly widget builder prog. would be very nice for all.. That means what is real customisation !!!
Guest theclerk74 Posted December 20, 2008 Report Posted December 20, 2008 Being a WM phone, and the today screen is just a plugin, how could VZW prevent us from using it? Also, I wonder why it matters if the phone is GSM or CDMA for it to work. Hopefully someone will be able to find a way to make it work for us VZW users.
Guest smilepak Posted December 20, 2008 Report Posted December 20, 2008 I wonder if it comes with a new TODAY screen too. The TODAY 2 is nice, but the fonts are too big, take up too much space to display calendar.
