I need help!Problem flashing omnia

Hi!I'm a proud Omnia owner with vodafone spain firmware,and i'm trying to change to official unlocked ROM.

I found this tutorial of this forum:

and i started to follow all the steps. I downloaded everything, I extracted everything, I installed samsung modem XP drivers...

Everything is OK,but problems appeared when i'm in step number 23 of that tutorial. My omnia syncronize with the activesync well,and I start flashing program,I click the two checkboxes, and hit 'Verify device'... it says that all is OK and when I click OK,the Omnia will be restarted. I click, the omnia restarts and commence running the O.S.,but the flashing program(version HH1) don't react,it just don't do nothing! The message "waiting for device" don't disspear and program don't do nothing.

I decided to download another flashing program, HH3, and the results are the same. I connect the cable,I syncronize with ActiveSync,I start flashing program,restart manually the Omnia(Switch off/switch on) and when the omnia is starting O.S.,the program show me the next message:

No PDA Device Found ... close device

timeout--

No PDA Device Found ... close device

timeout--

No PDA Device Found ... close device

timeout--

No PDA Device Found ... close device

timeout--

No PDA Device Found ... close device

PDA Device not found.

And program don't do anything else.

I'm stuck and i don't know how to flash english or spanish ROM :rolleyes:

EDIT: The phone works well,but in portuguese.

Version in device is the following:

PDA:i900XCHG5

Phone:i900XXHG5

I tried in XP laptop with all firewalls/antivirus off.Samsung modem drivers works well.

I have a pair of questions:

Can anyone say me why i can't upgrade device with .exe files?

Is possible to put newest ROMs with grandprix program?I found only german and portuguese ROM. With some recently english ROM i would be very happy!

I wait your answers because i'm so dissperate :)
