could omnia flash radio no need flash rom?

Old HTC user, always changing rom in my little HTC Polaris.

But also a newbie question on omnia, does it could flash radio rom and no need flash the os rom, could it be?

(As HTC's rom flash its could, but i just want to confirm would its working on omnia.)
