Theme Colours

There isn't a black theme colour in the basic settings. Is there a way to edit or replace one of the other colours?

Thanks a lot but Im really looking for a jet black plain background (the main display), I just keep finding black tsk bars with a grey background. Or a way to edit the theme colours. Thanks
