PAUL OR ANYONE HELP WITH ACTIVE SYNC!!!

Hi I have a problem since like two days ago anyway.

When i put my phone on the stand and it is connecte to my computer it usually connets straight away. BUT NOW its connects but it does not sync of the active sync screen does not cme up. When i click on active sync it still doesn't come up. What shall i do? HELP

try plugging it into a different USB socket and see if it reinstalls itself (A little pop-up telling you windows has found new hardware should appear).

Also, check in your device manager (Control Panel/System/Device Manager) in the USB group to see if it's listed (Only when the phone's connected).

If it's listed and you still have no active sync, right click and remove it, then when you replug your device it should reinstall and active sync should remember its partnership).

If this is a no go, remove the device again, uninstall active sync, do a reboot and reinstall active sync.

I have noticed that sometimes active sync will start when the phone is placed into the cradle but it doesn't always open the window on top, try closing down any windows that are open to make sure it isn't hiding itself somewhere. also sometimes using the right click/open microsoft active sync menu option will work.
