How to keep Windows Mobile from shutting OFF "Phone" when battery is low?

I noticed when battery is low that the "Phone" option is shut off and you can't make/receive any calls including any type of data. How do you keep from this happening?

Using AEButton plus

You can select the power setting that it turns the phone off at (including option for 0%, ie on until battery is dead)

Also obviously very handy program for hardware key shortcuts...
