Guest 3shirts Posted April 4, 2009 Report Posted April 4, 2009 You have probably removed it but the startup folder still has a shortcut to it. If you have a file explorer like Resco go to the \Windows\Startup folder and delete the scanstatus.lnk file. If not, you can hook your phone up to a PC with activesync (set your windows view to show hidden and system files) and nafvigate to it that way.
Guest janix_100 Posted April 6, 2009 Report Posted April 6, 2009 deleting the spbskin file in the startup took it out B) thank you! switching back to the traditional ppc today screen as UI's like SPB shell and PointUi take a lot of system memory and drain my battery faster. with the default today screen i can get 4days on a single charge :(
