Help Deleting M2DC Theme Backup

I idiotically decided to backup my M2DC theme and from what i can tell the software copied all the Manila files into the \windows folder.

I'm not sure if these files are from the backup but i do not remember them being there before and my Program Memory is down from around 8/9 mb to 1.5 mb.

This is my first smartphone, any help is appreciated, I'd rather not have to do a hard reset and start from scratch I literally JUST had everything working the way i wanted to.
