Bluetooth and phone volume low since 6.1

I upgraded to 6.1 and the volume is lower on the speakerphone and a lot lower on the bluetooth. I changed the profile volume as well. Previously I was using SRS WOW and now the phone can't find the driver when I install that.

Is there another program, tweak, hack or some setting change I need to make? I like the changes 6.1 did, but not at the expense of the volume. The BT is especially low now and hard to hear.

I installed the tweak pack as well.
