Good call blocking program

Hello everyone. I have been looking for a good call blocking program. want to at nite only get calls from my contacts in phone. all others not even be able to leave message or show that it blocked # unless i want to look at log. I found one that looked liked what I wanted but couldnt get cad to work (call firewall) and couldnt find it anywere. Any good ones you guys know about or could recomend.

I've not tried it myself but it appears to do what you are after.
