Guest muammer3 Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 (edited) I run Garmin Mobile XT, Route 66, Igo8 on my 16 GB Omnia, all perform very well but OziExplorer CE does get any NMEA data from built in GPS. Configuration is correct, Ozi searches the GPS port and finds the same one I configure manually, "COM3: ActiveDevice, Baud 4800, Sentence GPRMC". However no GPS signal received from the device. I close Ozi and run Route 66 for example and Route 66 immediately gets the signal and operates smoothly. What could be the problem? Any advice? Edited December 29, 2008 by muammer3

I had problems before installing gpsgate.

Is Ozi the only navigation software you use on Omnia? If not how the other navi software(s) perform(s) with gpsgate?
Guest Tomcat06 Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 Hello can somebody give me a link where I can download the Garmin Mobile XT software? Thanks in advance.

Guest Zohare Posted December 29, 2008 Report Posted December 29, 2008 I use IGO8 and ozi explorer. For the IGO I don't need gpsgate but for the ozi explorer I start gpsgate first and only then open ozi. Hımm, Zohare, thank you for the immediate answer.
