Ringing volume problem

just got the omnia 2 days ago. I set the ringing volume to max but still it seems that the ringing volume is very low that most of the time I dont hear it. Is it possible to make the ringing tone very high ? I am using Tarils Rom btw.... Moreover I noticed that when it rings it does not vibrate...how can I enable the option to ring and vibrate at the same time.

And go to settings under sounds & notifications and set ring+vibrate.

And you'll have a faster answer if you use the SEARCH function because all your answers are in at least 50 posts. Not to mention that the link i posted is styckied and it's the 3rd post on this forum.
