URGENT: Syncing contacts on Vista

So this is my second day of having the Omnia and I was customizing it and one of the files corrupted my controlpanel.exe so I had to format the phone which of course wiped out all of my contacts.

I have all my contacts in Windows Contact, is there anyway to sync my contacts with my phone instead of entering them manually again?

I have all my contacts stored in Office Outlook and once I configure the phone to sync with ActiveSync it syncs all the contacts from Outlook.

So when I open Microsoft Office Outlook and click on my contacts tab, there are contacts there but it's not the most recent up to date contacts.

But when I go to my C:/Users/Brian/Contacts it has all of my up to date contacts. How do I sync it so it syncs to those contacts?
