How to change default icons?

Hi all, first post here!

Thanks to everybody for their amazing contributions and programming knowledge! I'm currently using PaSsoA's cooked ROM. Amazing.

However there's something I've been trying to do but to no avail - changing my default icons for all the software, folders etc.

I've tried searching online for days, but nothing concrete has surfaced.

I found Realize's icons on xda-developers and am trying to find a way to install them.
