Running a Gameboy Advance Emulator

Hey everyone I'm sure you get this a lot and I am really sorry if I am making a repetitve thread for this but I am unable to get the pocketsnes.exe program to run on my omnia, I get it open but I am unable to get roms to load and don't know what I am doing wrong.

Also I was wondering if anyone knew of a gameboy advance emulator that works on the omnia?

Actually I'd be happy with any emulator working on it. If someone can give me step by step instructions on installing an emulator onto my omnia please help me, I'd be very appreciative.
