New to roms!

Hello

Im from Sweden and i bought a couple of weeks ago my samsung omnia and i have installed themes and things like that and have started to get more interested with flashing my rom since i hear it works so much better and faster then.

The thing is now that i would really like to do this without making my phone break. Could anyone help me or recomend some guide or in some way just explain easy to me in steps how im suppose to do this but also what rom i should use.

My version on the phone:

PDA: i900XBHJ2/CSHJ1

PHONE: i900XBHI3

Sorry there is'nt a specific one. But your question has been asked and answered a thousand times.

Read through the topics and stickies and you will catch on real quick.

For starters read through the Secany, LuFeig and Taril threads.

I am sure there will be many helping hands once you have acquired some basic knowledge about this.
