How do i go about updating my software (Tmobile)

Please could someone help me, i want to update my omnia to the latest software version (which i dont know which version is the latest or which i need)

My phone is from Tmobile the software version is BOHH5.

Hello, I have a T-Mobile Branded Omnia that was running the same firmware. I ended up installing DXHK3 on it. I have found that since doing so my Battery life has dramatically improved. Before I was lucky to get 1 full day out of the battery now I can get up to 5 days.

The is not the latest firmware which I believe is ??HL3 or something like that but it is newish.

I just downloaded it from a link given on the ROMS section on here.

UnRared it, have me a .CSC and .exe file if I remember.

Installed the modem Drivers and then run the .exe file. Connected the cable and did a soft reset.

I did have problems though. The first PC I tried it on failed the update half way so I tried it on another PC and it went through ok.
