Bootloader Issues On Flash

Hello everyone. I have been following the board for a while now and have flashed my phone several times. I turned my phone off one day and it wouldn't turn back on. Samsung said that it was a motherboard issue and since the phone was bought from Singapore I had to send it back there for repair or pay $200. I sent the phone back, they repaired it and sent it back to me. The phone works now, but the ROM they loaded is really slow on my phone. The current Phone and PDA are:
