WinMo WiFi won't connect using DHCP

Having trouble getting the WIFI to connect using DHCP. The phone is a Samsung Epix with WinMo 6.1. WIFI will only connect using static IP. When I remove the static address, gateway, etc... it sees the network and will try to connect but fails. Put them back in and it connects again. Using a Belkin Wireless N router (yes DHCP is enabled), but I've tried connecting to ther DHCP WIFI access points with the same results. I'm fairly new to WinMo, but I am a network administrator by trade and I've tried everything I can think of. Anyone have any suggestions?
