I'm finding it impossible to receive MMS. I've got an unbranded Omnia using Taril's latest rom, on a Vodafone contract. Voda have tried twice unsuccessfully to send their MMS settings so I've entered them manually from their web site. When I try to download an MMS, the phone connects, gives the message 'Receiving MMS' then displays the download icon. After about 30 seconds I get the message 'Unable to download message'.

Anyone else had problems or got any ideas please?

No one has a problem receiving MMS?

you need to get info from VODA and fill in the gateway ip and WAP info in the profile settings in the message portion!

I've set all that up according to their instructions. It seems to connect ok, says it's receiving MMS then after 30 seconds or so it fails.

I have the VERY same problem. I'm using Telenor (Old Vodafone here in Sweden). I don't think that you can send MMS/Internet settings OTA (Over The Air) to smartphones. Whatever smartphone model I choose, the settings won't come. But if I choose another phone they arrive, but can't be applied ovviously :)

Anyway, I've tried a bunch of different settings, and nothing works. I'm using Khuanchai's latest ROM.

Anyone got the MMS working with the latest roms?

Did you ever SEND an MMS with your SIM-Card? At least german mobile providers activate receiving MMS only after you have at least SEND one MMS...
