How to Reconnect Cellular Data?

Hey guys i was browsing through and couldn't really find anything... unless im blind.

But i was going through my dad's new Omnia phone and trying to stop it from using 3G to go on the net and instead use Wifi, and juust to make sure i clicked 'Disconnect Cellular Data' thinking that might have something to do with Assuring me that it will not use 3G or anything to do with the SIM.

Anyway, once i clicked it, it was no longer clickable, the button is there but it can't be un-clicked. I want to find where i can undo that. Some one know how?
