All, this is a new Samsung i900. The functions seem to work as they should. However the device does not respond the the 'today screen' icons. The icons appear correctly, they even scroll up and down, and 'click' as they should when tapped. However they do not launch.

Has anyone seen this?

Is there a config parameter, etc.?

What are you exactly referring to? If you're talking about the icons who are in the sidebar widget in the today screen, make sure to drag them away from the sidebar before clicking them. You can't click on the icons while they are in the sidebar to launch the application.
