Move the Network widget

I have updated my phone, and now the network widget is stuck on the Today screen, before it was on the widget side panel...............can some one tell me how to get it back with all the other widgets..............coz it feeling lonely out there all on its lonesome and needs to be back with its friends on the side panel tucked out the way
