Favourite Topics now enabled

You can now 'Favourite Topics' on MoDaCo, by clicking the drop down menu on the top right of a topic. You can manage your favourite topics from the 'My Controls' link in the top bar.

This is one of a number of subtle UI improvements i'm adding to help make your MoDaCo-life easier! :)
