Where are the widgets?

I´m trying to do a something like the widget that launch the contacts, but I want to launch app or programs.

I need to find actualy widgets in omnia for develope this.

I´ve searching in omnia folders but I still havent found any wtg file (only the new widget ...\windows\onlinewidget\widget)

Can anybody help me?
