Omnia Cloning

Clone an Omnia! Does anyone know how to do it? The "OMNIA" offered by Softbank is a bunch of boring junk and I would like to get the real one with WM6.1. I'm not interested in watching and recording 48hours of TV in Japanese. The problem is that if the phone (new one) is not registered in Softbank's database, you can't put a SIM in it and go. So I wanted to clone my current phone with an actual real phone that has something more than typical "happy fun fun, useless, MIXI, YAHOO garbage"

I would also like to get a good pda like a HTC :) would have to clone it as well. Any recommendations?

By the way, I think Japan is W-CDMA + GSM and I think the GSM Omnia will work here.
