Streaming from pc?

Is there any software that allows me to stream music from my pc to my phone via wifi? There are various ones like orb etc that allow you to do it but you have to do it through a browser-based connection to your PC

orb is the best, i can even stream a dvd movie inside the dvd player in my pc at home

hello, would like to ask, is there any "ORB like" program which allows you to stream your media files through wifi, not through internet browser? I am using orb and its amazing, but only through internet, i would like to use smthg only through wifi..

VNC is not working well as I have xp home
