What's the fastest way to get a local weather report on my phone?

I want a 2 button key press ( i use Fn+G to get google maps... ) and

bring up a weather forecast.

I'd really, really like to just look at my phone's home page ( I use

"Sliding Panel" ) and see the local temp on it... select that and

get a forecast page.
