Adding more items to Today Screen?

Basically I have some programs on my Omnia which I would like to add to my Today Screen but the option isnt given to me to select them. Is there a way of getting this done??

Why do some programs e.g. my satnav let me have a icons on the Today Screen and others do not?

Any help would be great.

Hi James,

The availability of the home screen plug in depends on whether the programmers thought it would be a useful feature. Personally - I don't use any of them as I dont think that they are an efficient use of space.

I use Ultimate Launch which is a plug in which lets me use the programs and icons I want on my today screen. It allows you to select which programs you want on your home screens and allows you to select icons and re-size them so you can end up with a finger friendly interface.
