Please help change BVHH1!

Hi,

I have been reading through the forums trying to get rid off BVHH1. My phone now does not last a day if I use applications which I want to do. I have tried all countrys on Samsung update to update, on UK where I am says does not recognise number. It is an Orange phone.

I am so new to all this does this mean I have to "brick" my phone first, what does this mean. There is a place in local market that do this shall I take it there?

Please help me get out of this mess
