screen sensitivity

Hi, are there any registry tweaks to improve the screen sensitivity in Omnia? I know there are some tweaks for HTC devices (specifically for touchflo) and they work well. The sensitivity is software related and not hardware so I hope I can increase the sensitivity of my Omnia.
