Changing World Time captions/cities

Hi,

I've got the standard dual-clock on my Today screen. Is there any way to change the city/region captions to something else?

For example, I would like to change Sydney to Melbourne and Pacific US to Vancouver. Surely there's an XML file that I can modify somewhere. Why on earth would anyone hardcode these values in a DLL?

You don't need to change any XML.

I have Manila now so I don't really remember exactly where you can change the times but theres an option somewhere to change times.

If you click on the clock, you can change it
