Updating Samsung i900 with the same firmware

Hi,

Some files on windows 6.1 on my Samsung Omnia are corrupted and device is not working properly. I tried to update the phone with firmware JVHK1 but (i900JVHK1_upgrader_xp.exe) doesn't accept to do update because I have the same version of firmware installed on my phone i900.

Could you tell me how I can force the update with the same installed firmware to recover the corrupted files?

You just need to do a hard reset.

This will restore it back the ROM so be aware you will lose all customisations and personal info
