? enable music/video sounds while in silent/vibra mode

i really like listening to my music on the omnia, but it's annoying that when i'm at work, i have to sift out of vibra mode just to listen to music on the loundspeaker, and in turn habe to dean with sms tones coming on when i receive them.

is there a work-around with this? like with ordinary phones where you can listen to music while having notifications still using the vibra alert.
