English Language phone to Chinese Language...

I have just bought a new omnia white 8gb from UK.

Its English and version ACHH3.

Am a newbie here and I still trying to get fimiliar with the phone.

Does anyone know how to get Chinese language and also Chinese input into the phone?

And I have another question...

Is there no possible way to lock the phone with the device lock with the Samsung Widget?

Any help would be great!

Instal a chinese rom (search function if your friend).

I tried searching but found nothing...

I dont want to flash it but just be able to look at chinese (traditional) and input chinese (traditional) on UK phone.....
