new omnia use help!!!!

Hey guys! I just recently got my Samsung Omnia i910, and just wanted to see if you guys can help me out with using this thing. I've been playing with it for a couple of days and I have had a window's mobile device before, so im decent at using it. But i see alotta things you guys can do with custimizing it. like the manila2, touchflo, etc etc. and upgrading your roms. But i am having some trouble with where, and what to get? I got the touch flo, and it looks and works great, but i wanted to add some different ones, or better looking ones? having alotta trouble finding them though, and which ones will work with my device? I would like to just get the best looking one (most popular). And i was wondering what kinda things should i download or upgrade, now that i have my omnia.

well, it really depends on what you want for you omnia. there are some of us who like to remain purists - guys who update to custom roms, but still stick with the original omnia interface - widgets, today screen, ect; and there are some who prefer to shake things up a bit by installing the m2d or mobile shell interface. there are a lot of tweaks out there (in the rom section), and they have their share of release notes. so, just try to read and see which on suits you best.

as for me, i'm a big fan of taril's work coz he keeps the original omnia interface while optimizing the device potential. other great modders are lufeig, qbus, secany and sztupy... etc, a lot to mention, with their own unique styles.

and upgrading your roms.

AFAIK there are no cooked roms for i910 yet. Only for i900.

For everything else.... you'll just have to view some screens and decide which one of them you like the best and then install it and try it for yourself.
