in the past i've been really annoyed with finding defective pixels on my screen... and had the same problem with first unit of the omnia i got. so, i went ahead and got it replaced with a new one and made sure that the screen was flawless... how?

it's simple.

1. make sure that the screen is clean

2. create an all-black wallpaper and an all-white wallpaper

3. view the black wallpaper on your media album in full screen and search the screen for any dots that don't appear as black

4. view the white wallpaper on your media album in full screen and search the screen for any dots that don't appear as white

5. to be absolutely sure, zoom in and out of the image. a defective pixel will always stay in the same location

for more info, read this article:

hope this helps guys!

Or use the diagnose codeĀ

*#0*#

and then click on red, green, and blue buttons to see if all the pixels show...
