Trying to flash original UK rom back to omnia wont work

hi guys.

i have tried to put the new UK rom on my omnia but it simply wont work.

mshj1 ive downloaded it and i get the software version incorrect.

i have gone in the system reg on the omnia and changed the value to a lower original rom value

saved it , turned the phone off 20 secs and back on

then try again and still no luck still says software version incorrect.

then i opened up the MSHJ1 installer EXE with regedit for PC chanded the value in the installer from XX to DX which is what i read in a thread

i tried again and i still get the same

please can someone help me i really want the original samsung rom and i havent a clue what else to do

my rom is DXHK1

:) Put your PRECONFIGURATION setting back on UK? (maybe it's set on Singapore?)

* Press the 'dial' key to the left of the optical pad to bring up the dialer

* With the onscreen keypad input *#1546792*#

* Select 'Preconfiguration'

* Enter code *#81230*# and select OK

* Select 'The country of the firmware', with the default Operator

* Accept this, DEVICE WILL HARD RESET

* Run update, and all should be well.

ive tried this abouve and it still doesnt work

i got the custom rom DXHK1 off modaco

what region will this be or what will i need to sent this to is it already region set to uk

the phone is allready set to the uk

Hi, not sure this will help, but i did managed to flash back my Omnia to Official ROM after installing cooked ROM.

My set is from Singapore and i have to revert back to HG4 version before flashing again to higher official version.

Split the exe using executor and then upload all parts using GrandPrix.

if in going to use executor and grand prix.

is there a certain order i need to flash these files to the phone

where can i get the executor software from to extract the EXE
