When I click on the Internet Tab and try to click on the browser Icon neither Internet Explorer nor Opera launch. In addition, when I click on the all bookmarks option or the Browser option and nothing launches. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Thanks in advance.

You have to set opera or ie as the default browser in the manila settings.

Anyone? If the only way I can change these settings is by pressing the broswer option within the Internet Widget it's not going to work because when I click that button it does not respond.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have to open up the M2D program. There are tabs on the bottom. Move over til you see an Internet tab. Click Browse and go to Windows folder and select the Opera.exe file. Click Apply and it should work now.

A bit of clarification is in order here... There is no "M2D" program. What the poster above is referring to is M2D Customizer, or more commonly known around these parts as M2DC. You do not have this if all you did was install sztupy's all-in-one Manila 2D installer (IIRC).

Search the forum for M2DC, download it, and run it. It is mostly self-explanatory. In that app is a tab for the Internet Widget, and a place to set the default browser.

Alternatively, if you are comfortable working in the registry, you can set the default browser directly by editing the value

\HKLM\Software\HTC\Manila2D\InternetWidget\OperaEXEFile

and set it to "\windows\Opera9.exe", the default location for the Opera executable.

Thanks for the responses. I was able to set the opera exe to the internet widget.
