Hello, I am very new to this and I just can`t understand how this works... My phone is:

PDA: i900XXHHC/PAHHC

Phone: I900XXHH9

So I have 2 things I want to ask you:

1. Please give me a direct download link to a tested (not custom) rom for my phone

2. Tell me (an idiot) how to update - step by step...
