Start Menu Text

I thought I remembered reading that the start menu text could be changed to something other than "START". I have searched and cannot find it here. Any suggestions?

you need the regedit then go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER === Software=== Microsoft===Today=== Keys== 112== to the bootom you have row named Default=== click and rename the "Start Menu"=== then click OK to top right not on bootom.

I have changed the left buton from "phone" to "contacts", adding one other key in reghedit.

Thanks but this appears to change the left soft key assignment. I just want to change the text of the Start button in the top task bar.

This i maked on HTC, i changed and the color, but for omnia i don't know if is possible... for now :)

for htc was a litle program for doo this.

This is for the HTC. Anyone know about the Omnia?
