Dutch upgrade over a French ROM?

Hi everybody,

I recently bought a 2-month old Samsung Omnia on ebay. I speak Dutch but the phone however is in French, I suppose the seller flashed it. The version is now:

PDA: i900XHHG6/XHHG6

Phone: i900XXHH9.

I would like to upgrade the phone to the latest version AND make it Dutch. Can I install a Dutch version over a French version or would this cause any problems? Now I get everytime "software version incorrect". I already read on this forum that I should change the country to Singapore and then install the upgrade, is this right?

The version I would install would be this one:

PDA: i900XKHJ3/XKHJ3

TELEFOON: I900XXHH1

Any advice?

Je kan via samsung een update krijgen voor je samsung hier ergens staat wel hoe.
