Setting up MMS and internet on a Hermes pay as you go t-mobile **Help please!!**

Please could someone give me an idiots guide to setting up the internet (have these got HSDPA)? And the mms settings for a vario 2 on t-mobile pay as you go please.

It's a vodafone one originally but just unlocked it for my bro to use with his pay as you go sim.
