Verizon seems to have removed java, but you can install esmertec's jbed and get it back. Also, if you search, you can find cab files which have both gmail and esmertec in them, which makes it a piece of cake. While you're at it, try opera mini too, as it runs nicely on esmertec, and you may find the speed addicting. I do. 8-) -Ben

I do. 8-) -Ben I've found references to Esmertec Jbed 20080428.2.1 Cab, but have not found where to d/l it. Is this what you are referring to? Have you installed it?
