Guest d1mitrov Posted January 28, 2009 Report Posted January 28, 2009 Ok so ive had the i900 for a couple of weeks now and already a few of my friends have complained that i dont answer my phone...i was like what are you talking about you never called me...and they're like yea we did...so i tested it and it only happens sometimes but a couple of times i would have the phone just sitting on the table with signal and everything and i have some1 call me and it rings a few times and goes to voice mail on their end. On my end however the phone never rings and doesnt show missed call after that. Very annoying sometimes a voice message notification pops up when i never even had a missed call...It doesnt do it all the time...just sometimes, but you could see how this could be a big problem as well as very annoying. Any help would be appreciated!
Guest bpivk Posted January 28, 2009 Report Posted January 28, 2009 How is your phone placed. I don't know about calls but etiquette pause mutes everything except alarms.

Guest Population96 Posted January 29, 2009 Report Posted January 29, 2009 !*bump*! some1 help plzz :/ I've actually had a friend who had this problem awhile ago. We didn't believe him when he kept telling us he never got calls from us when he wouldn't answer, we figured he was just flaky and ignoring us. Then we found out it was because his SIM card wasn't "properly signed" with AT&T. Their words. Don't know what that means exactly, but you can check into getting a new SIM card and test that out. Sorry I can't help much more.
Guest fisheradam Posted January 29, 2009 Report Posted January 29, 2009 http://www.modaco.com/content/i9x0-omnia-h...ls/#entry958932 Just to point you in that direction, no one answered in my thread either. I've taken it back to get replaced, the first time it came back "repaired" nothing was different other than the ROM version. I've had it sent straight back again, I'll let you know the outcome.

Guest rboyajian Posted April 21, 2009 Report Posted April 21, 2009 ok honestly can some1 offer any solution or feedback on this...i keep having people tell me that they called but i didnt answer and i never had a missed call from them...its getting really annoying... i guess this phone can do everything else but i cant use it as an actual phone... this might not help but for the record: 1. A former employee of mine had an HTC doing the same thing...ended up replacing - troubleshooting did not work. 2. On my i910 (verizon- no SIM card) I receive calls OK but suddenly the event is not being logged, and I am receiving no notification (visual or audio.) Happened before ROM update to unlock GPS, and no change after. The only thing I can remember that could have affected it (based on the period of time) was an installation of WisBar Advance Desktop, to get the iPhone theme. I've removed that and approximately after that, the trouble seems apparent. I expect however that flashing the ROM and firmware would have completely fixed any problems. Have searched online for 2 days now and no similar reports from anybody. Appreciate any help or light anyone may shed on this. Thanks---Robbie
