Alert of Power Off

I am a spanish boy with spanish rom (XJHJ2 the official samsung rom). The old rom (XJHJ1) when press the power button to poweroff the Omnia apper notification with the text : Are ou sure to power off the phone? Yes, No

But the new rom wher press the power off the phone noy show this alert and others roms do the same.

What can I do to get this notification again?
