Guest Population96 Posted January 29, 2009 Report Posted January 29, 2009 Is it possible to remove the auto screen locking feature? I hate having to tap "unlock" twice everytime I want to use my phone. Does the phone even recognize touches after pressing the power button anyway? I looked at all the settings and even through the registry and can't seem to find a setting for it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)
Guest johnx7 Posted January 29, 2009 Report Posted January 29, 2009 Hello, i think the option you are looking for is located here : Start > Settings > Personal tab > Buttons > Wake Up tab (scroll a bit to the right to make it appear) > then you finally get "When devise is woken up, lock device". Just untick it, press ok and test... Not sure of what you mean, but there's no problem touching the screen right after you have turned it on with power top button.

I must've missed that settings menu. Now I don't have to tap "Unlock" a million times a day :)
